    Order Cancellation

    Typically, orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Please contact at the earliest and we will try to do whatever best we can.

      

    Return Policy

     

    If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package      and  return the package to the delivery person. Also, please  email us at sales@eloyfashion.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that the  issue is resolved satisfactorily. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

    Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

    Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product

    Any product that is returned without all original packaging, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery

     

     

      REFUND POLICY

    Incase you have received any damaged product or wrong product kindly return the item to get full refund as per the invoice value. In case you wish to return the product for any other reason we shall issue credit, equivalent to the invoice value of the product, to your account upon the successful receipt of the product in orginal condition, this credit amount can be redeemed in your next purchase. Please note that an item cannot be returned if it has been washed or worn and if original tags/ barcodes are missing.
